Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Itero Desk platform (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. All subscription fees are non-refundable
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Itero Desk does not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rata reimbursements for partial periods, unused time, downgrades, lack of use, or dissatisfaction. By subscribing, you are charged for the full billing period selected and authorise automatic renewal until you cancel. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund amounts already paid for the current period. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all sales are final.
2. Automatic renewal & cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period · you keep access until then, and the amount already paid for that period is not refunded.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. We do not refund a renewal charge because a cancellation was made after it was billed.
3. How payments and any permitted refunds are handled
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Itero Desk is responsible for your subscription and invoicing. Any refund that is permitted under this policy or required by applicable law is issued by Itero Desk through Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
4. Free trial
New workspaces start with a free trial · no charge applies during the trial and no payment method is required to begin it. You will only be charged if you choose a paid plan. Because the trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying, charges incurred after you choose a paid plan are subject to the non-refundable terms above.
5. Statutory rights
Itero Desk is a business-to-business (B2B) software service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, which remain unaffected. Where such mandatory rights apply and require a refund, that refund will be honoured to the extent the law requires, and processed through Stripe.
