Whole-party trips: several rooms, vehicles and guides
Itineraries now price the party the way lodges do: compose multiple rooms with their own occupancy per stay, run more than one vehicle and guide on the same trip, and park fees scale per vehicle automatically.
Child rates that price themselves
Set child rates per room type, as an age-banded amount or a percentage of the adult rate, with per-room limits on adults and children. The cost engine applies them automatically · no more quoting a child at the adult price by accident.
Meal plans per day
Choose the board basis day by day, from room only to full board and game package. The wizard, the cost engine and the proposal all follow along, and rate-sheet imports pick up meal-plan pricing too.
No more $0 days: price from the closest year
When an itinerary date falls outside the seasons in your library, you can opt in to price from the same dates in the closest year. Always your choice, always labelled as estimated, with the source season named.
Itero Academy
Self-paced training built into the product: short lessons with quizzes, ranks and streaks, a 25-question exam, and shareable certificates anyone can verify online. Member and admin certification tracks, included with every plan.
AI credits you can see and top up
Every plan includes a monthly Itero AI allowance, with a usage panel in Settings → Billing that shows exactly where credits went. Add recurring credit packs or one-time top-ups when a busy month needs more.
Storage that grows with you
Each workspace has a clear document storage cap for its plan, visible in Settings → Billing, and storage packs raise it whenever the passports and rate sheets pile up.
A clearer subscription
Plans, extra seats and add-ons now live in one billing configurator. Upgrades apply immediately with fair prorated charges, downgrades become credit on the next invoice, and you get an email at every step that matters.
Send a facts file to agents
Next to the branded client proposal, you can now email partner agents a clean facts-only document · route, lodges and logistics without your pricing.
Faster, tidier lists
Library and list views load faster, show created dates and sort by any column · plus branded error pages and cleaner dialogs across the app.
