Itero Desk is a small, focused product. It started because every Tanzanian safari operator we talked to was still running their desk on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and one laptop nobody was allowed to touch. We built a better tool, tuned it to the way safari desks actually work, and extended it across East and Southern Africa as operators asked for it.
What we do
We bring leads, itineraries, pricing and your library of parks, camps, flights and vehicles into one calm workspace. Every field reflects how safari operations actually work on the ground: park fees (TANAPA, KWS, UWA, ZimParks, SANParks, DWNP, NWR), concession rules, season rates, USD pricing. Country-aware defaults. Not a generic CRM, not a US travel-agent bolt-on.
Who we serve
Safari and tour operators in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Botswana and Namibia, from two-person desks to larger teams running cross-border trips. If your quote-to-confirm flow still lives in a spreadsheet, we probably have something useful for you.
How we work
We build close to the desks that use Itero. That means real onboarding calls, real imports from whatever tool you're on today, and a short feedback loop on anything that doesn't fit how your team works. If a park-fee rate changes or a new concession rule drops, you'll see it in the library the same week.
Where we are
Based in Arusha, Tanzania. The product is cloud-hosted and works anywhere, but we keep the centre of gravity where the safaris actually happen.
