Itero Desk is a small, focused product. It started because every safari operator we talked to was still running their desk on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and one laptop nobody was allowed to touch. We built a better tool, tuned it to the way safari desks actually work, and extended it across Africa and the Indian Ocean as operators asked for it.
What we do
We bring leads, itineraries, pricing and your own library of parks, camps, flights and vehicles into one calm workspace. The cost engine already reflects how safari operations actually work on the ground: park fee mechanics (TANAPA, KWS, UWA, RDB, ZimParks, SANParks, DWNP, NWR and more), concession rules, season rates, USD pricing. You add your own rates and destinations. Not a generic CRM, not a US travel-agent bolt-on.

How we work
We build close to the desks that use Itero. That means real onboarding calls, real imports from whatever tool you're on today, and a short feedback loop on anything that doesn't fit how your team works. If a park authority changes how it prices a fee, we ship the mechanics update to the cost engine; your own rates and figures stay yours to keep current.
How we operate
The product is cloud-hosted and works anywhere. We run lean and remote, and stay close to the desks that use Itero · wherever the safaris actually happen.
