Itero Desk is operations software for safari and tour operators: itineraries, quotes, proposals, invoices, CRM and pricing in one workspace, on web and mobile, with AI assistance built in. It exists because every safari operator we talked to was still running their desk on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and one laptop nobody was allowed to touch. So we built the tool those desks were missing, shaped it around the way safari operations actually price and sell trips, and extended it across Africa and the Indian Ocean as operators asked for it.
What we do
We bring leads, itineraries, pricing and your own library of parks, camps, flights and vehicles into one calm workspace. The cost engine reflects how safari pricing works on the ground: park fee mechanics (TANAPA, KWS, UWA, RDB, ZimParks, SANParks, DWNP, NWR and more), concession rules, season rates by board basis, USD pricing, margin as its own visible layer. Your rates and destinations are yours: you add them by hand or with AI rate-sheet import, and they stay yours to keep current. This is safari tour operator software, not a generic CRM and not a US travel-agent bolt-on.

Onboarding is a real call, imports come from whatever tool you're on today, and anything that doesn't fit the way your team sells gets a short feedback loop straight into the product. When a park authority changes how it prices a fee, we ship the mechanics update to the cost engine; your own rates and figures stay yours to keep current. And Itero Academy, included in every plan, trains and certifies your whole team on the product itself.
Software, not a travel agency
Itero Desk is a software platform. We do not sell, book or arrange trips, and we never process or hold your travellers' payments: you collect from your clients exactly as you do today, and the client relationship stays yours. The product is cloud-hosted, works in any modern browser and installs as an app on mobile.
