A software product. Itero Desk is a software platform that tour operators use to run their own operations · itineraries, leads, pricing and proposals. We do not sell, book or arrange trips, and we do not take payments from travellers. You run your travel business; Itero is the software your team works in.
Pick your operating country at signup from 15 safari countries: Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. That choice tunes your defaults · hub airports, visitor categories, default VAT on park fees, AI tone · and never limits where you can build: itineraries can cover any country and cross borders freely. The cost engine prices park fees the way authorities like TANAPA, KWS, RDB or SANParks actually charge them (per person, per vehicle, by age band), always from your own rates, so every number stays one you can stand behind.
Your workspace starts empty on purpose. Import your rate sheets (AI reads PDFs, Word docs and spreadsheets into structured rates) and add your destinations, parks, flights, vehicles and guides. The cost engine already knows how to price what you add: per-vehicle park fees, seasonal rates, child bands. Most desks are quoting the same day.
Yes. Send it to the client by email straight from Itero Desk, or share a read-only web link. Every itinerary also exports as a branded PDF with your logo, cover image and welcome letter.
The training is built in. Every plan includes Itero Academy: short self-paced lessons with quizzes, a 25-question exam and a shareable certificate anyone can verify online. New team members learn the day-to-day desk on their own, and admins have a level-2 track covering team, billing and templates.
Each company gets its own isolated workspace with role-based access. We run with daily encrypted backups.
You do. Your library, clients and itineraries live in your own isolated workspace, your proposals export as branded PDFs whenever you need them, and deleting your workspace removes your data.
Plans are listed and billed in USD, with payments processed securely by Stripe. Prices exclude any applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST), which are added where required. This billing is for your software subscription only · it is unrelated to how you charge your own travel clients.
Yes. Extra seats, recurring AI action packs and storage packs can be added from Settings → Plan & billing whenever you need them. Upgrades and new add-ons apply immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period; downgrades become credit on your next invoice.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that drafts, imports and rewrites draw from, with a usage panel in Settings → Plan & billing so you always know where they went. Need more? Add a recurring credit pack or a one-time top-up. When credits run out the desk keeps working · AI features simply wait until you top up or the month resets.
