All plans are priced and billed in US dollars (USD). Prices exclude any applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST), which are added where required.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Itero Desk is responsible for your subscription and issues your invoice.

Yes. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Yes · you can upgrade, downgrade or add extra seats from Settings → Billing inside the app at any time. Upgrades and new add-ons apply immediately, prorated for the rest of the billing period; downgrades and removals become credit on your next invoice.
Four things, all from Settings → Billing: extra seats beyond your plan's included users, a recurring AI add-on that raises your monthly allowance (pick a size), one-time AI credit top-ups for a busy month, and extra storage tiers that raise your document storage cap. Add-ons bill through Stripe on your existing subscription.
Nothing dramatic · usage bars in Settings → Billing show you where you stand at all times. If the monthly AI allowance runs out, AI features pause until you top up or the month resets. If storage is full, new uploads wait until you free space or add more storage. Your data and the rest of the desk keep working.
Yes, at every step that matters: a welcome email when your plan starts, a heads-up if a payment fails or a cancellation is scheduled, and clear warnings before a lapsed subscription would ever make the workspace read-only. Receipts come from Stripe.
